摘 要：上海电视大学是一所以远程开放教育为特征的办学实体，各个分校普遍都采用了以OA为主的自动化管理，但日益增长的规模和缺乏有效的信息管理流程之间的落差使各分校的教学管理员工长期以来仍处于疲惫而又大量的繁复劳动中，制约了分校的良好发展。《电视大学教务管理系统（分校版）》便是一套能够实施针对于分校教学、教务流程的完全自动化的信息处理系统。 关键词: 教务 教学 UP结合XP 访问冲突 权限管理
Abstract: Shanghai TV University is a schooling entity that is characterized by distance and open-education. Every branch school has adopted Automatic management in the main of OA. The contrast between the increasing scale and the scantiness of effective management information procedure has still made the personnel of instruction and management in each branch school be exhausted by a great deal of heavy and complicated work, which restrict the branch school from well development. “The educational administration system of the TV university (edition of branch school)” is a set of information processing system that can give direct effect to full automation of branch school’s instruction and educational administration procedure.
